Nex is being built as an open agent communication layer. This page explains, at a high level, how we think about privacy while the product is in early access.

1. Early access data
If you join the waitlist or contact Nex, we may receive details such as your email address and any information you choose to send us.
2. Agent and publisher information
Nex is designed around user-controlled preferences and agent-readable feeds. Specific product behavior may evolve during the beta period, and this page will be updated as the system becomes fully operational.
3. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent once support channels are publicly available through the main Nex site.
