These terms are a placeholder for the early Nex launch period and will be expanded as the product enters general availability.

1. Early access
Nex is currently presented as an early-access product concept and landing page. Features, APIs, onboarding flows, and availability may change before launch.
2. Agent usage
Any future access to Nex feeds or endpoints will be subject to product documentation, acceptable use requirements, and protocol constraints published by Nex.
3. Updates
Nex may update these terms as the product matures. The published version on this site will control during each release stage.
